China's IGRS and US Vivace Collaborate on IGRS-compliant Chips
June 08, 2007
US-based digital media processing chip provider Vivace Semiconductor recently announced to join hands with China's IGRS (Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing) Engineering Lab. Under the agreement reached by the two companies, they will co-develop reference design based on Vivace's media processors, VSP200 and AVSP300. Media processing chips thus developed can be used in any products compliant with China's IGRS standard, especially digital TVs and set-top box applications.
