Fujitsu Launches First Data Center in China

Fujitsu announced on April 11, 2012 the opening of the company's first data center in China, located at Guangdong High-Tech Service Zone for Financial Institutions, according to a press release by Fujitsu. Dubbed Fujitsu South China Data Centre, the data center aims to provide IT systems and services for corporate customers in China, especially in South China. With a gross area of 12,200 square meters, it is reported that the data center is run and managed by Fujitsu South China Technology Services.
