Shenzhen ACTO Acquires DLP Display JV between TCL, InFocus

According to China's Nanfang City News, Shenzhen ACTO Digital Video Technical recently confirmed its acquisition of SMT (South Mountain Technologies), a 50-50 DLP (Digital Light Processing) display joint venture between China's TCL and US InFocus. SMT has been renamed AMT following the acquisition by ACTO, with its upstream supply chain and contract-manufacturing clients remaining intact though.
