CMEL Launches World's Largest 25-inch OLED Panels

On October 17 Taiwanese CMEL (Chi Mei Electroluminescence) launched a 25-inch AMLED (Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) panel, which was claimed to be the largest OLED panel in the world. This panel leverages CMO's new LTPS-TFT (Low Temperature Poly-Silicon Thin Film Transistor) technology, which significantly improves the problem of uneven image quality in conventional LTPS-TFT panels.
