Fujitsu Unveils 7.8-inch E-paper at CEATEC

Japanese Fujitsu demonstrated the prototype model of a 7.8-inch, 4,096-color electronic paper at Tokyo's CEATEC (Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies) Japan 2006 exhibition. The size of this e-paper model is equivalent to A5 paper and will be used in e-book readers, advertisement bulletin, and other handheld devices. According to the company, this e-paper is expected to be commercialized within two years.
