Huawei to Acquire Majority of Harbour Networks Assets

Huawei announced on June 6 that it has signed a MoU with Harbour Networks, whereby Huawei will acquire the majority of assets of Harbour Networks. Huawei will also obtain intellectual property rights of Harbour Networks. The two companies did not yet release any details about the value of their deal.
