Japan Increases T-DMB Household Penetration Forecast

According to a digital broadcasting forecast by Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, 95% of households across Japan will be able to enjoy T-DMB (Terrestrial-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) services by 2010, an increase of five percentage points compared to the estimate made in December 2005. T-DMB penetration in big cities such as Tokyo and Osaka is expected to reach nearly 100%.
