China's InfoVision to Add Capacity for 5G TFT-LCD Substrate Line

The Chinese government recently approved InfoVision Optoelectronics' expansion plan for its 5G TFT-LCD substrate production line, which is located in the city of Kunshan. The expansion will boost InfoVision's monthly TFT-LCD substrate capacity from 30,000 to 40,000 units. The added capacity is expected to come online towards the end of 2006.
