Taiwanese CMO Rolls Out World's First 56" LCD Panel with QFHD

Taiwanese CMO has developed a 56" LCD panel with QFHD (Quad Full High Definition), targeted at high-end applications, such as medical video and satellite picture display. The LCD panel boasts 8.29 million pixels, four times higher than other LCD panels. CMO plans to demonstrate the panel at Japan's FPD International 2005 in October.
