Samsung SDI Unveils 4M Polygon 3D Panel for Mobile Phones

Samsung SDI has successfully developed a three-dimensional imaging display panel that can be viewed from all angles. The S3D (Stereoscopic 3 Dimension) panel supports 4M polygon images and will be applied to 2.2" LCD modules for mobile phones with gaming functionalities. The maker plans to start providing such panels to handset makers in the fourth quarter of 2005.
