MIC AISP 2022年第二季台灣伺服器產業產銷暨重要趨勢分析

前言

觀察台灣伺服器產業2022年第一季產銷概況，從產品組合分析，系統含準系統型態(Full System & Barebone)的2022年第一季出貨較上季衰退8.9%，較2021年同期上升14.9%，達1,186千台。主板型態(Motherboard)出貨規模較上一季衰退7.6%，較2021年同期上升11.8%，達1,389千片。在2021年第四季缺料訂單延遲，以及雲端服務商的帶動下，2022年第一季出貨淡季不淡。在伺服器規格方面，以1U、2U機架式伺服器為主，占總體出貨的68.5%。值得關注的是，刀鋒伺服器在高密度、高效能運算的趨勢下，獲得部分雲端資料中心的採用，因此出貨占比略為提升。處理器方面，AMD占比持續上升，第一季出貨仍是以台積電7nm製程的「Milan」系列處理器為主。搭載Intel新一代平台Eagle Stream平台的Sapphire Rapids，儘管於第一季量產，然而搭載此處理器的伺服器預計要到2022年第三季之後才會推出。
