Foxconn Pours More Money into Smart Logistics

Foxconn announced that it will invest NTD 400 million (USD13.2 million) to gain 40% stake in Chinese logistics company FSK L&S via its 100% subsidiary JUSDA (Jusda Supply Chain Management Company) International, reported Commercial Times on April 18. With 155 offices worldwide, FSK L&S is a joint venture between JUSDA and Korean SK C&C in 2016 that provides smart logistics solutions. The main solution "Kerol" is able to provide logistics inquiry, IoT (Internet of Things), artificial intelligence, and integrated logistics services to track, manage and forecast material and capital flows around the globe.
