The Cloud System Software Institute (CSSI) of the Institute for Information Industry (III) announced that it has successfully implemented its CAFÉ (Cloud Appliance For Enterprise) to Japan-based TOKAI Communications IDC, as reported by Taiwan's Economic Daily News on November 4. With its high cost-performance ratio and easy-to-use features, CAFÉ can replace the traditional VMware products and provide tailor-made services to IDCs (Internet Data Centers). Currently, CSSI has cooperated with Inventec, Asus, Gigabyte, In Win, SYSCOM Computer, Hope Bay Technologies, Infinities Soft Solutions, and Ec-network to establish a cloud service ecosystem, providing total solutions to IDCs with Taiwan-made products.
