Chimei
Innolux announced on June 29, 2010 that the company plans to reach peak
shipment volume for its LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) TV, notebook PC and monitor
panel lines this year, with a target volume of 50 million units set for each
product line, according to Economic Daily News of Taiwan. Chimei Innolux also
said on the previous day that the company aims to develop AM-OLED (Active
Matrix Organic Light Emitting Display) panels, with mass production slated for
the end of the third quarter this year, reported by the same source.

Innolux is the new entity created by the merger among Chi Mei Optoelectronics,
Innolux Display and TPO Displays, which took effect on March 18, 2010.
