China's Arrow Display Inaugurates 5G TFT-LCD Color Filter Line

According to Taiwan's Commercial Times, China's Arrow Display inaugurated on August 10 China's first 5G TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) color filter production line, located in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park of Shanghai. With an initial investment of US$120 million, this new plant is scheduled to reach a monthly capacity of 60,000 units by year-end 2007, with an ultimate goal to increase the annual capacity to 750,000 units. Arrow Display's clients include China's SVA-NEC, BOE-OT, and IVA.
