Motorola Obtains US$394 Mln Contracts from China Mobile

Motorola announced on August 12, 2007 that it has signed equipment supply contracts worth US$394 million with China Mobile for the telecom's GSM network expansion project, according to AFX News. Under the deal, Motorola has provided China Mobile with GSM infrastructure equipment and value-added services, deployed across 16 provinces and municipalities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Sichuan, and Guangdong.
