April 13, 2007
TMD has debuted its new 20.8-inch OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display prototype based on LTPS (Low Temperature Poly-Silicon) technology for flat panel TVs and monitors at Tokyo's 3rd International FPD (Flat Panel Display) Expo held from April 11 to 13, 2007.
