TCL Computer Inks Deal with AMD

Chinese PC vendor TCL Computer recently announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with AMD, whereby TCL Computer will launch PCs based on AMD64 processors. TCL Computer stated that desktop PCs based on AMD64 processors will be available immediately, while notebook PCs with AMD64 processors will hit the market in April 2007.
