Nam Tai to Invest US$120mln in Wuxi

Chinese Zastron Electronic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nam Tai, recently signed an official agreement with the Wuxi government to invest more than US$120 million in building new facilities in Wuxi New District, Jiangsu Province. With construction slated to start in the second quarter of 2007, the new facilities are projected to produce LCM (Liquid Crystal Display Modules), digital display modules, data communications products, LCM peripherals, and flexible printed circuit boards.
