Julong to Build 6G LCD Plant in Shenzhen, China

China's Shenzhen Julong, a joint venture among TCL, Skyworth, Konka, Chonghong, the Shenzhen government, and BOE Technology, is set to build a 6G LCD facility in Shenzhen by the end of 2006, Shanghai Daily reported. This facility, which will cost US$2.3 billion, is slated to start production by the end of 2008, with a projected capacity of 90,000 units per month.
