Teco Optronics to Invest in OLED JV in China's Sichuan Province

The Commercial Times recently reported that Taiwanese Teco Optronics plans to invest 4.9 billion RMB (US$620 million; US$1 = 7.9 RMB) in an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) joint venture with the government of Sichuan province, China. The whole project is capitalized at 9.6 billion RMB (US$1.2 billion).
