Longcheer, Qualcomm Sign Licensing Agreement

Qualcomm and Longcheer, a China-based mobile phone designer, recently announced that they have signed a license agreement, under which Longcheer will be granted the right to use Qualcomm's WCDMA technology to develop, manufacture and sell 3G WCDMA modem cards.
