JV between Sinotide, Syntax, Schot Starts Building LCD TV Plant

A joint venture formed by Chinese Sinotide, US Syntax, and HK's South China House of Technology Consultants in Nanjing, China, has started construction on a LCD TV production plant. With an initial investment of US$10 million and an area of 20,000 square meters, the facility will also accommodate a research center and a sales service center and will mainly produce LCD TVs of all sizes, with a capacity of one million units.
