Japanese Idemitsu Kosa has just announced that they will produce OLED (Organic light-emitting diodes) materials on their own starting from January 2007. Now they have decided to work with Mitsui Chemicals in Japan to develop and manufacture OLED materials, hoping to enhance development and production efficiency by concentrating both sides' resources. Production will be carried out on both companies' equipment to ensure stable supply and product competitiveness while sales activities will be taken charge by Idemitsu Kosan.
