Taiwanese Inventec has decided to team up with an Indian company, whose name has not yet been determined. The two companies will establish a joint venture with combined capital of US$7.5 million, 40% of which will come from Invetec, while 60% from the Indian company. Inventec, the first Taiwanese maker into the Indian server market, expects the new venture to boost its global server business, which accounts for 20% to 30% of its revenue.
