NANO LCD to Construct Backlight Module Plant in China

Korean NANO LCD has announced that they will set up a backlight module plant in Tianjin, China, nearby that of its main client Samsung SDI. Scheduled to start operation in late February 2006, the plant will be able to produce two million units initially and increase to five million units by the end of 2006.
