CMO to Start Mass Production on World's Largest OLED Substrate

According to a report in the Taiwanese newspaper the Economic Daily on Sunday November 6, CMO plans to start mass production on the world's largest OLED substrate in the second quarter of 2006. Monthly production capacity for the substrate, which measures 620mm by 375mm, is expected to reach one million units by the end of 2006.
