Hannstar to Expand Capacity at Its Nanjing LCM Plant

Hannstar is planning to boost the monthly capacity of its Nanjing LCM plant to one million units by the end of 2005 from the current 750,000 units, mainly for 15-, 17-, and 19-inch LCD monitors. In addition, Hannstar's LCM line in Wuhan will start operations in late 2005, and most of the initial production will be supplied to TPV Technology.
