NEC LCD Technologies Develops Small Panels with Wider Color Gamut

LG has developed a 4.1-inch LCD panel with a wider color gamut and higher luminance, which is achieved through an optimized color filter. Featuring an 800 x 480 resolution and an NTSC ratio of 110%, the panel, intended for movie and broadcast and equipment, will start mass production in fiscal 2006.
