Samsung Develops Natural Color LCD TV Panels

Samsung has rolled out LCD panels for 40" and 16" TVs with an increase of 30% in color gamut, an increase achieved through changing the substance in CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp). According to Samsung, the new panel can achieve 92% of the color gamut specified by the NTSC (National Television System Committee).
