China's MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) recently announced the launch of the "AI+" Action Plan aimed at advancing high-quality development through the integration of AI with various industries, as reported by the China Internet Information Center on March 26. The initiative is set to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and the economy and accelerate AI's role in new industrialization. This plan underscores China's commitment to leveraging AI technologies to drive industrial transformation and foster substantial economic growth. Building upon the existing 178 national high-tech zones and 45 national advanced manufacturing clusters, China will initiate the creation of national new industrial demonstration zones this year. Additionally, alongside AI, 5G applications are currently being extensively promoted in the Chinese IT industry.
