Appier to Acquire Indian QGraph for AI-driven Precise Marketing
August 10, 2018

Taiwanese Appier recently announced that it will acquire 100% stakes in an Indian startup company QGraph to jointly launch a new AI (Artificial Intelligence) automatic marketing platform, dubbed AIQUA, to proactively help accelerate the speed of digital transformation and commercial automation, and deepen Appier's presence in India, the Economic Daily News reported on August 7. Upon completion, Appier will have three major production lines: AI-based commercial platform AIXON, CrossX programmed platform, and the recently-launched AIQUA. AIQUA is now available in the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 2015, QGraph has assisted a number of customers in digital marketing, including Paktor, a streaming video company Zee5, a fashion jewelry supplier Voylla, and an online glasses retailor Lenskart. With proven AI models and advanced marketing automation technology, AIQUA is able to help understand target customers' interests by following their footprints across devices. After AIXON helps identify the target audience and user patterns, AIQUA can then carry out an AI-driven precise marketing by placing well-timed, personalized messages.
