Since his appointment back in 2010 as the first Japanese representative of IMD, Mr. Takatsu has initiated and managed IMD’s collaboration with various leading companies in Japan, both in customized and open-enrolment executive-education programs, making IMD the leading global top school in the market.

He has shared IMD’s thought leadership in such areas of digital business transformation, global leadership, corporate learning, and diversity & inclusion by means of lectures, keynotes and publications and has engaged in dialogues with leaders in the relevant fields.

He also represents the school in Taiwan and Korea, where he has worked with number of businesses, individuals, and media.

He has a BA from Waseda University, an MBA from INSEAD, and studied design at the Kuwasawa Design Institute in Tokyo.
