Toshiba Launches HD DVD Notebook PC in US

On May 9 Toshiba launched a notebook PC equipped with an HD DVD drive in the US market. The Qosmio G35-AV650, besides having an HD DVD drive, also features a 17-inch LCD display, Intel's Core Duo processor, a built-in TV tuner, and DVR. The offering is priced at approximately US$3,000.
