Matsushita to Launch Blu-Ray DVD Players in US in September

Matsushita has announced that it will launch a Blu-ray DVD player in the United States in September 2006, with a price tag of about US$1,500. Matsushita has also planned for release of Blu-ray DVD recorders in the United States and Japan by late 2006.
