Huawei to Construct 3G Network for Vodafone in Czech Republic

China's Huawei recently announced it has been selected by Vodafone to construct a 3G network in the Czech Republic. Huawei stated that it will provide a UTRAN (Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network) system, which uses next-generation Node B technology, for a UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) network to Vodafone Czech Republic. Financial details about the agreement were not revealed.
