Qisda to Invest in Alpha Networks for USD 79.9 Million

 Qisda recently announced that the company has acquired 18.37% stake in Alpha Networks for NTD 2.3 billion (USD 79.9 million; USD 1 = NTD 28.8), becoming Alpha Network's second largest shareholder next to D-Link, according to United Daily News on March. In the future, Alpha Networks will combine networking and application advantages of its three major shareholders D-Link, Qisda, and Wistron in the fields of 5G, IoT (Internet of Things), IoV (Internet of Vehicles), medical electronics, industrial automation, and video streaming to expand market presence together and speed up time-to-market.
